Is there a warranty on the diffusers?
Yes — all HOMMS diffusers come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, with a 1-to-1 exchange if a unit can't be repaired. Some exclusions apply (e.g. misuse, water damage, non-recommended oils). See our full [Warranty Policy] for details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days (may vary during peak periods). Orders of S$99 and above ship free within Singapore; orders under S$100 have a S$10 delivery fee. Our delivery team will contact you beforehand to confirm timing. See our full [Delivery Information] page for details.
