Warranty Period

All aroma diffusers are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any diffuser found to have manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and operating conditions.

1-to-1 Exchange

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period and the unit cannot be reasonably repaired, a one-to-one (1-for-1) exchange will be provided with the same model or an equivalent model of equal value, subject to product availability.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation
• Damage resulting from accidents, drops, liquid ingress, fire, flooding, or other external causes
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
• Damage caused by the use of non-recommended fragrance oils or unsuitable liquids
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
• Consumable parts such as tubing, filters, seals, O-rings, batteries, or other wear-and-tear components, unless found defective due to manufacturing faults

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
• Product serial number (if applicable)
• A description of the issue or defect

The product may need to be returned for inspection before the warranty claim is approved.

General Conditions

• The warranty is valid only for products purchased from our company or our authorised distributors
• Replacement products do not extend or restart the original warranty period
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise stated
• Transportation or delivery charges associated with warranty claims may apply unless otherwise agreed
• We reserve the right to determine whether a product defect is covered under this warranty
